Seaford
Each year Seaford beaches produce some good Bass, Cod and occasionally Congers caught on big baits.
Seaford beach has some rocky seabed in places generally at the Eastern end of the bay whereas the Western end in sand.
Beaches further towards Newhaven can see summer catches of Plaice, Flounders, Golden Grey Mullet, Gurnards, Garfish and Mackerel can appear along any stretch. The seabed is virtually all sand with a steep sloping shingle beach allowing access to deep water at high tide.
In winter Dabs, Flounders, Whiting, Rockling and Pouting can be expected to worm baits.
Car Parks are available at Tide Mills and along the coast into Seaford.
