East Preston & Rustington

East Preston is generally all sandy beaches with odd rock patches just out of casting distance. Access can be restricted, due to being surrounded by Large Private Housing Estates.

Rustington Beach is considerably rockier and contains some very large Mussel beds that are within casting range.

Both venues can see Bass, Eels, Dogfish, Smoothhound, Undulate Rays, Gurnards, Flounders, Whiting during the year. Some big bass can show along with odd Congers and Codling. Successful baits are Lugworms, Ragworms, fish baits and crab.
